Dr Lucy Hanson
Lucy is a person-centred counsellor who enjoys working with both young people and adults. She has extensive experience working with all forms of abuse, both recent and historic and a particular interest in the needs of care experienced children, narcissism and gaslighting. Lucy works with many aspects that are difficult to move on from such as feelings of shame, self-blame, intrusive thoughts, trauma and difficult memories. Lucy also works with issues such as bullying, identity and relationship issues, family relationships, anxiety and depression.

Lyndsay MacAulay
Lyndsay is a person-centred counsellor who specialises in working with tweens, teens and young adults who are dealing with a variety of problems in their lives -school, bullying, friendships, family break down, identity issues, social media, anxiety, low mood, depression, self harm, abuse, or grief and loss to name but a few. Lyndsay has a specialist interest in working with neurodivergent young people and adults and has additional training in working with Autism and ADHD.

Lee Roberts
Lee is a genuine, straightforward and approachable Person Centred & Rewind Trained counsellor, who works with a variety of mental health issues, with a particular interest, as well as lived experience working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem & self-worth, abuse, domestic abuse/violence or just feeling stuck or not enough.
Lee works with adults and young people over the age of 17, and specialises in keeping sessions simple and relaxed, no jargon, no fancy counsellor speak, just a safe space for you to feel heard without any judgement and supported to reach your goals, whatever they may be for you.

Fiona Sneddon
Fiona is a warm and friendly person-centred integrative counsellor, who is experienced in working with people with a variety of life issues, including low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, work related difficulties, perimenopause, coercive control and relationship breakdown. She has lived experience of late diagnosis ADHD and extensive experience of helping people who are struggling with their role as a carer. She has a particular interest in supporting people with childhood or relationship trauma.

Wendy Cave
Psychotherapist
Wendy has completed two years of a four-year Advanced Clinical Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (Level 7). She is of multi / West African heritage and has an extensive background of working in the music industry – she has an interest in supporting clients working in the creative sectors, and particularly people of the Global Majority.
Wendy works with a warm, empathic and non-judgemental approach, focussing on issues including identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, family and relationships.
Wendy is mentored by BAATN (The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network) and sits on an Inclusion and Diversity process group for MITC (Music Industry Therapists Collective). She is also a certified personal development coach (accredited by the Association for Coaching).

Louise Bennett
Louise is an NCPS accredited counsellor who supports clients navigating anxiety, low mood, overthinking, or major life adjustments. She has a special interest in late diagnosed neurodivergence (autism/ADHD) and helping individuals process life changes like menopause or relationship issues. Louise provides a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to be themselves. Her approach is calm, compassionate, and conversational, allowing clients to explore their challenges at their own pace. Louise offers gentle challenge to encourage self-reflection while respecting autonomy. Through therapy, clients often gain self-awareness, untangle a busy mind, and find a stronger sense of self, leading to value-aligned decisions. Louise is available for a free initial chat.

Jo Costi
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am a qualified and Babcp Accredited CBT therapist dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. I specialise in working with Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Phobias, Panic disorder, Trauma, and Social anxiety, offering evidence-based treatments tailored to each person’s unique needs.
In addition to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and integrate Compassion Focused Therapy to support clients in developing a kinder, more balanced relationship with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow with the right support.

Helen Shortall
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor offering a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.

Becky Lundy
Trainee Counsellor
I’m currently a Level 4 trainee counsellor at Southport College. I have a strong interest in supporting individuals with neurodiversity, anxiety, and depression-related disorders. I take a person-centered approach and am passionate about creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel understood and heard.
